How much does Simply Minerals charge for evaluating, consulting, marketing, and selling my minerals?

Simply Minerals offers a free assessment of your mineral rights. We set up our compensation structure to ensure that you never experience a loss from using our services. Example: Your highest offer per net mineral acre is $5,000. If we think that’s a top offer, we’ll encourage you to take it. If we think it’s worth over $5,500, we’ll ask you to engage with us so we can go to work for you.

It costs you nothing to discuss your mineral interest with Simply Minerals and to put your oil and gas minerals for sale. If we don’t help you sell at a price you approve, you won’t owe Simply Minerals anything. Our services are free of charge until we close on your mineral rights, and get you the best deal. We charge a small commission percentage determined and agree upon by the sale price after we assess how much your minerals are worth, and before you’re engaged with us.

What does Simply Minerals charge to negotiate on my behalf with an oil and gas company wanting to purchase my minerals?

We are your greatest advocate in the negotiation of your minerals. Our commission structure only applies when we secure an offer for you and after you sign the purchase and sales agreement. It’s a win-win to work together. If we don’t secure a deal, we don’t receive any compensation.

Do I have to sell all my interest in a property?

No, Simply Minerals will assist you in determining the proportion of your mineral interest to be sold to meet your goals.

How long will it take to sell my mineral rights or sell my royalty?

Depending upon the size and complexity of your property, we may complete our assessment, secure multiple offers on your behalf, and set a closing date (subject to title check), within as little as a few weeks.

If your mineral rights are in Weld County, Adams County, or Arapahoe County Colorado, please contact us for a free consultation.
